LanzaTech和中国最大的煤炭生产企业之一兖矿集团将使用LanzaTech的生物发酵工艺和兖矿集团煤炭气化装置生成的合成气来生产燃料和化学制品

两家公司在美国贸易代表团访问山东期间签署了一项谅解备忘录，美国驻华大使骆家辉（GaryLocke）出席了签约仪式。
LanzaTech业务开发副总裁James Zhang博士是此次美国贸易代表团的成员。
